Terra Masía dry gin is an artisanal blend made with organic ingredients, grown, harvested, hand blended and distilled in Ibiza. Herbs and citrus fruits from organic and biodynamic agriculture with great quality and purity by being grown in a sustainable and environmentally friendly way.

A variety of aromatic herbs are used: juniper berries, seeds of coriander, verbena leaves, angelica root, lemon thyme leaves, dry skin sweet orange, fresh lemon peel. These herbs and citrus fruits not only add flavor complexity, but also offer unique botanical properties.

Careful distillation process: Herbs, citrus and juniper berries are they macerate in the base alcohol to extract their aromas and flavors. Then, this
mixture is distilled in copper stills to eliminate impurities and obtain a smooth and balanced gin.
