Ses Cabretes

 

Ses Cabretes cheese was born out of the idea of recovering the cheese that was traditionally made in Ibiza in an artisanal manner, using local goats’ milk (ranging from semi-soft to medium-hard cheese) and “herba de formatjar”, vegetable rennet from Cynara cardunculus that was used in the past.
