Our extra virgin olive oil is made with the picual and Arbequina varieties. It offers a fruity green olive and a smooth balance between bitter, sweet and pungent flavours. It has a slightly astringent background with an aromatic taste associated with almonds, mint and walnuts. The influence of sea breezes and the proximity to the microenvironment of the Nature Park of “Ses Salines” (salt pans) shape the character and personality of the Oli Balanzat. Besides being an excellent source of nutrition, Oli Balanzat brings to our kitchen all its gastronomic potential whether it is used in its raw form to season salads, vegetables and cold soups, or in meat dishes, fish, pasta and confectionery in general.nd above all in continuing to perfect and improve the drinks as well as introducing novelties to the market.

Our products include among others Hierbas Ibicencas, the star product on the island. Traditional drink that dates back more than 200 years. Digestif made from a maximum of 15 plants from the Pitiusas Islands. Our Hierbas Ibicencas have the distinctive seal of Protected Geographical Indication in which we comply with the regulations based on the elaboration of plant collections, etc.

In our case we elaborate Hierbas Ibicencas with a higher graduation (36%) and less sweetness.
