Es Toc Vermell

Es Toc Vermell is organic paprika, particularly popular in the production of the local sobrassada. Tanit creates this paprika powder by drying Ibizan red peppers, which she grows on her organic farm Ca Na Berri located close to San Jordi. In 2016, she produced 35 kg of paprika powder and in 2017 output increase to 250 kg in response to demand.
