Ibiza has a pastry or dessert for every feast, including the flaó, orelletes, greixonera, maddalenas ibicencas, macarrons de Sant Joan. The typical daily bread (farmers bread or Pan Payes) is a salt-free loaf made with bread flour. Xeixa, a grain that grows in the Balearics, is the main ingredient in the Pan de Trigo (wheat bread).
