Our extra virgin olive oil is made with the picual and Arbequina varieties. It offers a fruity green olive and a smooth balance between bitter, sweet and pungent flavours. It has a slightly astringent background with an aromatic taste associated with almonds, mint and walnuts. The influence of sea breezes and the proximity to the microenvironment of the Nature Park of “Ses Salines” (salt pans) shape the character and personality of the Oli Balanzat. Besides being an excellent source of nutrition, Oli Balanzat brings to our kitchen all its gastronomic potential whether it is used in its raw form to season salads, vegetables and cold soups, or in meat dishes, fish, pasta and confectionery in general.
